Indeed. The philosophy in Analysis is currently to discourage having
experiments with the same name, for reasons of clarity, even though this
is allowed in the data model.

If you load a new spectrum and it is associated with an existing
experiment's name, then it is assumed that it belongs to that experiment.
It was just easier to have one name entry box, rather than a pulldown of
existing experiments and a separate name dialog if you wanted to specify a
new name (which is almost always true).

A confirmation dialog if two spectra are going into one experiment is
appropriate though, and I have added this. Update to get the fix.
