Warning: This release works *only* with the new API (1.0.9) setup (this
new API is included in the 1.0.15 FC release). See Wayne's email for more
details about this API change.
The list of FormatConverter changes/additions in the 1.0.15 release:
- All code modified to work with new API setup.
- Entry creation now works with ToggleLabels to reduce window size.
*** Format specific changes ***
- CNS:
- Added option to write out constraint items on 1 line.
- PDB:
- Can now ignore residues (e.g. HOH) when importing (Python script
level only)
*** Minor changes/fixes ***
- Fixed problem with conversion parameters output for NMRPipe
- Fixed problem with printing out empty RDC restraints - does not happen
any more
- Conversion process now prints out header blocks for each import section
- Fixed some problems with nameMappings in linkResonances.
Can now also handle specificResNameMappings to multiple names.
