CLINICAL COUNSELOR F/ T MASTERS  LEVEL (Masters in Counseling or MFTi 
Required) needed immediately for  Therapeutic Community based Adolescent Alcohol & 
Drug Residential Treatment  Program. Duties include: Individual, group, and 
family therapy. Treatment  planning, discharge planning, and assessments. Ability 
to interact with and be a  part of a multi-disciplinary team. Must be 
comfortable working with at risk  youth in a residential setting. Clinical supervision 
hours are available.  

These positions require obtaining a DOJ background clearance before  
employment. No felony convictions or serious misdemeanors. DOJ will not clear  you.

Program  Director - Cambridge/ Somerville  Social Club   
Job  Description 
North Charles, Inc. is seeking a full-time Program Director who is  
responsible for overseeing all aspects if program operation and development at  the 
Cambridge/Somerville Social Club. These responsibilities generally concern  the 
provision of a clear leadership presence around three central aspects of  
Social Club functioning: (1) clinical assessment, management and programming;  (2) 
creative and artistic activities; and (3) recruitment, supervision and  
scheduling of staff and trainees, directly and via  delegation. 
About the Social  Club: The Social Club  is a unique, DMH-funded program for 
adults with major mental illness who live in Cambridge and Somerville. 
Structured as  a therapeutic community, the Club provides a full spectrum of social 
activities  including nightly meal preparations, recreational activities, field 
trips, and  groups based on specific topics of interest (e.g. yoga, book club 
and poetry),  health and wellness activities, and vocational 
counseling/in-house work  opportunities. The Club is also the home base for highly recognized 
artistic  pursuits, including Tunefoolery Concert Ensembles, a group of 
musicians which  performs state-wide, and Artful Endeavors, a visual arts group that 
supports the  making and marketing of members' artwork. 
Club staff also provides clinical support to members and works  
collaboratively with other treatment providers in monitoring members' mental  status, level 
of functioning and risk profile.
