I'd made the same initial assumption as you, Tina (something about the tone 
of those posts), and googled very early on just for my own satisfaction. 
When she didn't pick up on being thought a man, I supposed that either this 
pleased her or she didn't think it was worth correcting. And I too fancied 
there was something slightly constructed about the persona.

But there, she's not here to defend herself, so we really ought to aim for 
exemplary behaviour!
