The Department of Geography seeks a full-time, tenure-track assistant professor in urban geography who will contribute to our program in Urban and Regional Planning and other areas of existing strength. Candidates from a broad range of theoretical and analytical perspectives will be considered. Teaching will include introductory, advanced, and graduate-level courses. Remuneration includes salary and benefits, including health insurance. Ph.D. required at time of appointment. Screening begins October 31, 2006 and continues until the position is filled.
