Abi At Bangor this year anyone with a debt of over £250.00 was not allowed to attend graduation and no certificate is issued if there is a debt(of any level). This applies to all debts to the University. Once they are no longer registered all debtors are referred to a debt collection agency. Our current level is £50 for any type of debt (academic or non-academic) and there has been talk of raising this anywhere up to £500(!) Thanks for any help.
