LECTURER/SENIOR LECTURER IN HEALTH ECONOMICS	£28010 - £46295

Applications are invited for a non-clinical lecturer/senior lecturer in health economics to join a vibrant health economics group within the newly formed Institute of Health and Society.  You will hold a PhD in economics or a related discipline; have a strong track record in research, as evidenced by publications in academic journals; securing research funding and experience in research management.  You will be enterable in the RAE 2008.  Teaching experience in an academic setting at undergraduate and postgraduate levels is also required.  Applicants will contribute to one of our four main health economics research themes and will be expected to work closely with one or more of the public health research programmes within the Institute.  Applications from candidates with an ability and willingness to conduct and manage research within the area of economic evaluation are particularly welcome.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
