Allison Chesney

Those of you who remember the late Eddie Killoran:

will be saddened to hear that his long-time partner, Alison Chesney has now also died:

Alison was never particularly associated with the TC movement but she spent most of her working life in homelessness, addiction and deprived children.  She met Eddie whilst they were both working with ROMA (where he had incorporated many of the TC elements of Phoenix House into what had been a rather unstructured and chaotic service).  Later, she worked for a children's charity.  Arethusa, particularly had many of the hallmarks of a TC for children.
