Dear Colleagues
 
I wonder if I might ask for a bit of information – should only take a 
minute.
 
If you have libraries that are open on Sundays, what arrangements do you 
have for ICT support, in case of a network, hardware or software problem?  
Is it provided corporately, or do you have a libraries ICT team with stand 
by or call-out arrangements?  Or do you just accept that Sundays are 
different and that there is no cover?
