staff develop the awareness, skills and confidence to deliver key national
programmes for public libraries’ work with readers. Staff who attend will

The Reader
Development Year: making sense of the range of adult reader promotions.
On Target: this course will provide
simple management tools and an outcomes based approach for planning work
with children and measuring and using the results in advocacy.
