Dear All,

Just to remind you that the EIA will be launching a new training course on 8 September.

Intended for those who already have some knowledge of EU information, 'Information insights' is a half-day course covering three areas:
1 - the policy planning cycle and the European Commission’s work programme (useful for helping clients with forthcoming legislation)
2 - legislative developments, including a look at ‘better law-making’ and alternative methods of legislation

3 - databases, including updates on - amongst others - EUR-Lex expert search, LexAlert and N-Lex (for finding national implementing measures)

The session will be held at the LSE in London.  For more information and/or to book place, please visit the EIA website at:  http://www.eia.org.uk

The course is open to EIA members and non-members alike, with a discount for members.

If you need further information, don't hesitate to contact me.

Regards,

Eric
