Since I have retired and have no loyalties to maintain, I would say:

Individual attitudes and aptitudes vary enormously. Some ENPs are
pleasant, brisk, helpful and therefore good value for money, while some
are S-L-O-W, obstructive and unhelpful.

I saw some attend to <one minor injury patient per hour on average, day
after day so a couple of dozen patiets constituted a week's work [1]

These were experienced 'H' Grade people, 

[1] 3 x 12 hour shifts, with long breaks and 'flagging' towards the end
of long shifts.
