I couldn't do it for the last meeting because of unusual pressure of day-job work but it's on the cards. One easy, quick and inexpensive solution would be to use the website to provide much more information about Council, Exectuive Board and committee proceedings. At the moment all one can see is the most minimal information, the minutes, without any of the papers presented, and these only appear months after the meeting.
