I have analysis running fine on our dual 64bit Xeon systems with 2Gb of ram but our systems have SuSe 8.2 and SuSe 9.1 and not Fedora Core 4. I did have to update the X11 libraries for SuSe 9.1 though as I did have a problem with the scripts finding some files during installation.
