Hi, I'm trying to assign retention period to some record and would appreciate comments: *Child Protection Register: Permanent (Offer to archivist after admin use concluded) Closed for 70 years- Records Mgmt Society *Looked After Childrens Register: 25 years from last entry- Arrangements for Placement of Children Regs 1991 *Child Employment Register: Permanent- Common Practice (RMS) Do you agree, or know of any other legislation I should be using?
