the evening of Tuesday 13th June, Dr David Lammy,
Minister for the Arts, will be coming to address the Royal Society of Literature
on the Government's policy for literature, and particularly for public
libraries. He will talk for about a quarter of an hour, and has then kindly
agreed to take questions. In taking questions, he will be joined by the author
