I have been asked to try to track down two "negotiating directives" to do with South Africa

Reference numbers are 6848/95 and 5310/96 - I am assuming these are Council document numbers, but they are too old to find on their website.

I also have some SEC numbers - SEC(95)486 and SEC(96)1748 - there is a reference to the first of these in Prelex, but the link to it does not work.

I have Googled like crazy, but with no success.

Any ideas gratefully received.
