Dear All,
I am having problems transferring my assignments to a new set of spectra in
a different buffer. When using the propogate assignment function some of the
resonances completeley refuse to transfer to the peaks in the new shift list
(even if they are a very close match in that dimension and even thoough
other resonances from the same peak do transfer). It is not simply a
tolerances issue because if I bring up the "edit assignment window" the
resonance doesn't appear as an "assignment possibility" even though
resonances with a far greater "delta" value do appear. I checked the "browse
resonances" popup to make sure that the resonance hadn't been wrongly
assigned at a different ppm in the second shift list, which it hadn't.
However, whilst most resonances from shift list 1 that have not been
assigned to shift list 2 still appear when shift list 2 is selected in the
"browse resonances" popup window with a 0 in the "shift list peaks" column.
Some of my resonances simply do not appear at all and therefore cannot be
assigned in shift list 2. Does anybody know what has happened to the missing
resonances and if they can be found?

Many thanks
Stephen
