Broadway Cinema, Nottingham is looking to recruit a part time Digital Arts
Development Worker Salary £18,125 (pro rata) Hours per week 22.5 Two year
fixed term contract
 
The post holder will manage the East Midlands Digital Arts Forum and also an
on-going programme of digital arts activity regionally and within Broadway
 
You will have: 
    A degree or demonstrable experience in the field of Arts Administration
     Expertise in the field of digital and technologically based arts
practise
·   Knowledge of developments in digital arts
 
You will need the ability to:
    Curate exhibitions
    Manage, evaluate and deliver projects effectively
·   Fundraise
 
You will need to be:
    An excellent communicator
    Confident and experienced in working with a wide range of client groups
     Competent in IT skills

The Digital Arts Forum Website is a new site which offers its members the
opportunity to publish news, events and weblogs, as well as take part in
discussions, forums and online chat.

The Digital Arts Forum is aimed primarily at digital artists and arts
workers in the East Midlands region of the UK, although we welcome input
from members elsewhere. The Forum is managed by Gareth Howell, Digital Arts
Development worker at Arts and Technology Partnerships in Loughborough.


The Digital Arts Forum provides a meeting ground for digital artists and
arts professionals to discuss work, strategy and development. Through its
regular meetings and email discussion lists, it aims to bring together a
network of artists to develop collaborations and partnerships which will
build the quality and profile of digital arts in the region
