Hello
I realise that this has been done before, but I have been asked the usual questions about copyright, ipr, data protection, recovery, acceptable use policy etc. etc. in terms of an institutional learning platform.I am hoping that things may have progressed in the last couple of years or so and people are a bit more confident about some of these issue.
My feeling is that some of these issues should be covered by institutional policies anyway, but some may not. Would anybody be in a position to share policy docs on any of the above or to point me at some useful materials.
