Miles, I second that request for the text of the letter to be made public. At the moment the majority of subscribers are commenting on the report of the letter, rather than the content of letter itself. As others have suggested, one can appreciate that the communication is well intentioned but to single out a particular VLE (Moodle or any other) seems an odd/naive way to approach things.
