medieval-religion: Scholarly discussions of medieval religion and culture

Colleagues,
I have heard that the text of (at least some) papal bulls can be accessed on the
Vatican website, but I am not sure how.  Does anyone know if this is true, and if so,
how one goes about it?
Cheers,
Jim Bugslag
