Hello everyone

 

 

I would be interested in hearing from other authorities who hire out their ICT facilities.

 

Do you have a charging policy?  What do you charge?  Does it vary depending on what kind of organization is involved?

 

How did you work out your charges?  Did you include insurance, caretakers, loss of income from other users, etc?

 

Do you charge by the room, PC or some other criteria?

 

Do you hire during library opening hours or at other times?

 

 

I will collate for the list if there are enough replies.
