Hello,

The UK Workforce Hub is currently trying to locate existing evidence that looks broadly at pathways into employment within the vcs sector, and more specifically at the link between voluntary action and paid employment - i.e. whether individuals’ experiences of voluntary action might lead to paid employment in the sector.

If anybody is aware of any work that has been carried out on this subject, could you please let me know?
