Dear List,

Canterbury City Council is currently looking into ISO 15489 in response
to item G19 in the IEG Returns.

They are wondering what other Local Authorities are doing about it - for
example:

Is it just being implemented in Record Centres or Council wide?

Have Councils gone for accreditation or just "working towards"?

What input have records managers had into this?

What were the costs (including on-going costs)?

Any information would be gratefully received

Many thanks,
