It is relevant to all health care professionals actively involved in research. Several of the sessions include a practical or discussion component where participants will have the opportunity to apply the methods described in the lectures. Computer based practical work will be carried out. The course is offered by experts in medical statistics and health services research from the Department of Statistical Science at UCL and the Medical Statistics Unit at UCLH (http://www.uclh.nhs.uk/Researchers/Medical+ Statistics+Unit/).
