Hi Tim, Yes, there are copyright implications. The article is still in copyright. I did try to get in touch with Dr Solly a year or two back to get his permission to reproduce it, but got no response to a couple of email addresses. I am trying another route. My suggestion would be to make a clear statement at the end of the document that copyright belongs to Solomon and that it has reproduced without permission as have been unable to contact him. If you need any help in transcribing, let me know.
