Dear all,

The Curating Emails workshop will feature presentations from several
international speakers, including from the UK, the Netherlands, Belgium,
the USA, and Australia. This wide range of speaker-participation means
it is unlikely that we will be able to repeat the workshop at a later
date. DCC events are generally not repeated as we aim to cover a very
wide range of topics relating to digital curation. Past events have
included:
** Joint Workshop on Future-proofing Institutional Websites
19 January - 20 January 2006
** DCC and the Electronic Resource Preservation and Access Network
Workshop on the Long-term Curation and Preservation of Medical Databases
13 October - 14 October 2005
** DCC / DPC Workshop on Cost Models
26 July 2005
** DCC Workshop on Long-term Curation within Digital Repositories
06 July 2005
** DCC Workshop on Persistent Identifiers
30 June - 01 July 2005

Other forthcoming events include:
** LOCKSS (Lots Of Copies Keeps Stuff Safe) Workshop
06 April 2006
** Policies for Digital Curation (TBC)
01 June 2006
** Data Dictionary for Preservation Metadata: PREMIS Tutorial (TBC)
01 July 2006

Best wishes,
Maureen.
