Our organisation has an outsourced telephone enquiry unit which handles all 
our general enquiries and passes them onto the relevant departments for a 
response.  They currently archive these onto disc after 6 months but 
they've asked me if they can delete these emails 3 months after receipt as 
their mailboxes are getting full to capacity.  Does anyone have any similar 
records in their organisations and if so do you have a set retention time 
for them.
