You need Merge for NVIVO to do this. Delete the corrupted document from your project. Then that project will be the Master project in Merge for NVIVO. In your backup project which has the coded uncorrupt document, delete all the other documents in that project. That will be the Auxiliary Project in Merge for NVIVO. Merge for NVIVO is a separate program which you have to buy.
