Pardon my being chuffed, but I'm holding in my hot little hand the first copies of Continuations, Sheila E Murphy's and my collaborative long poem. It's a beautiful production from the University of Alberta Press. Roo Borson, herself part of a collaborative group, and last year's winner of the Griffin Prize, has this to say about Continuations: 'The strength of this book is in its quick-change artistry, the sensation of flux that is continuous, and capable at any moment of erupting into epiphany or surprise.' I tried to copy the info from UAP into a note & turn it into plain text but JISCMAIL is having none of it. So all I can do is suggest you check here: http://www.uap.ualberta.ca/UAP.asp?LID=41&bookID=664 What a pleasure it has been working with Sheila at this ongoing project (so the book only has the first 25 sections).
