What I think one problem is there is so much difference ... For an additional £45 we offer a priority service, responding within 2 working days. We don't charge VAT. Like Neil in North Yorkshire and Liz in Northumberland we were advised by the VAT specialist in our finance dept that VAT wasn't applicable in cases where we're the monopoly supplier of information. The table certainly needs updating, but the SE Regional SMR/HER group have been saying for ages that we'd like to make it available to everyone as a document via the HER Forum archives.
