The Benfield Hazard Research Centre, in association with Lund University (Housing Development and Management) has just published a new working paper: "Operational Framework for Integrating Risk Reduction for Aid Organisations Working in Human Settlement Development" by Christine Wamsler. Although aimed at organisations working on human settlement development, the working paper will be relevant and useful to many other development and disaster agencies.
