Hi Wendy

Thanks for your invitation fro further comments, I hope this doesn’t result in the organising group being pulled in too many unhelpful directions. I appreciate it may not be possible for some people to attend on a weekend, I would find it difficult to attend for 3 days during the week and a third day if that’s what’s likely would be possible for me if it was outside of the usual weekly business. I was hesitant about commenting as I realise you will receive varied preferences so I don’t expect the arrangements to change.

We are heading back toward 3 days, with the final day for action... please send any comments on this document for consideration before next Friday 10 March, when I intend to send it out officially!
