I was astonished to
other day to find that Linda Naiman is not a member of Aacorn. Linda is an
artist based in Vancouver whom I first met at Miha Pogacnik's conference in
Borl, where she demonstrated using painting as a means of recording another
experience - fascinating! Linda co-authored (with Arthur Van Gundy)
Orchestrating Collaboration at Work, one of the few books that explains how
different arts-based processes can be applied to business issues in training and
development and gives a whole raft of examples, drawn from a range of
specialists. Linda applies the same principles in her consultancy work for
companies like BP International, Westcoast Energy and Union Gas. She is
also connected to the Banff Centre and publishes the Creativity at Work
Newsletter.
