Yeah, Moveable Type.

I think this is one of the reasons some Uni's switched to Word Press for their blogging.

 It's Movable Type.
 
 We have had a few dealings with Movable Type a while back, and in the
 end felt that it was a bit limiting for us and it crashed our server a
 few times, which got rather infuriating.
 
 We now create everything (site structure wise), in PHP, or use Drupal
 for smaller online comunity_linked projects. What we like about PHP, is
 that you can build what you want.
 
 I understand how frustrating it is dealing with helpdesks as well,
 waiting for them to answer important questions when what you need is
 work to dealt there and then, due to one being busy with other things as
 well...
 
 I would suggest using something like Drupal although others might have
 better or closer suggestions to your needs. This is a Drupal site on a
