This report reviews current substance misuse service provision for 
young people up to 19 years old. It establishes the process for 
determining the need for interventions and how services
should respond to these needs and sets out recommendations.

FRANK Action Update - 'Vulnerable Young People - Making the Difference'

This pack focuses on a key audience for drug prevention. It contains 
information on key vulnerable groups including; homeless, young people 
who are sexually exploited, children of substance misusing parents, 
young offenders, young asylum seekers and refugees and looked after 
children. It has a snapshot on levels of drug use and insights into 
their circumstances. It also includes examples of good practice and 
effective communications, as well as the usual activity and fact sheets.
