Knowledge harvesting is a KM technique that traditionally focuses on the capture and transfer of an individual's tacit knowledge into a more explicit format that can then be used by others. This knowledge transfer is often completed when an individual is about to leave an organisation (exit interview), but can also be applied to those joining (induction) or moving (promotion) within an organisation, and at times of team/project building and re-structuring.

TFPL are running a  masterclass focusing on a holistic approach to knowledge harvesting and considers the links and overlaps with other KM related activities. If you are interested in attending please follow the weblink below for booking details.

knowledge Harvesting - capturing and transferring knowledge from those who have it, to those who need it.

Speaker: Ian Wooler

Dates: 9th February 2006

Masterclass fee: £495.00 + VAT (£581.63) including refreshments and a buffet lunch.
