ADVANCED SUPERVISORY SKILLS 18 January 2006, London A practical one-day workshop for all library and information staff who have some experience of supervising others and wish to develop their skills. SPECIAL NOTES Before attending the workshop, participants should identify a personal case study where they have found it difficult or impossible to improve an individual's performance. They will be asked to work on this case during the day.
