Years ago, I identified several H albicilla bones from 4th century AD
Segontium, a fort in North Wales, and several from deposits of similar date
at the Roman small town of Binchester, NE England.

Subject: [ZOOARCH] Haliaeetus albicilla in Roman context

Good morning
I'm looking for bones of white-tailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla) in
Roman context. I'm very grateful for every kind of advice.

Yours
Sabine Deschler-Erb
