We'd like to provide a tool that helps non-technical users generate e-learning material - ideally with an option to output in scorm compliant format. It needs to be very simple to use. Does anyone have any experience with this kind of tool? I think DW has a plugin, but not sure if anyone is using it? Has anyone done this kind of thing by CMS?
