Standard & Poor's (S&P) has announced the launch of the second stage of its global PPP construction risk research programme which aims to evaluate the level and effects of construction risks upon PPP projects. S&P is particularly seeking input from the international academic community about its experience with (and views on) PPP projects and emphasises that all responses will be treated confidentially and reported anonymously. The survey is being managed by me (Rob Bain). It is very quick to complete and, as our interests are global, we particularly welcome responses from beyond the UK.
