The School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London was commissioned to carry out an evaluation of the effectiveness of coaching, action learning and mentoring (CALM) as a means of leadership and organisational development in a network of higher education institutions in the London area. Our evaluation study was funded by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.
The evaluation is now complete and I am pleased invite you to attend a FREE event to disseminate the results of the study. The dissemination event will be held at the London School of Economics, Houghton Street WC2A 2AE on Friday 19th May. You are invited to attend at 9:30am for a 10:15am start and the event will finish by 1:00pm (followed by a buffet lunch).
I do hope that you can attend and participate in a discussion about the findings of the evaluation study. If the slot is free in your diary, please email [log in to unmask] by return and he will forward you the programme for the event, a reply slip, and an executive summary of the evaluation report by Juliet McDonnell and Jo Tait. Full joining instructions will be sent nearer the event.
Yours sincerely
