The School of Management, Royal Holloway University of London was commissioned to carry out an evaluation of the effectiveness of coaching, action learning and mentoring (CALM) as a means of leadership and organisational development in a network of higher education institutions in the London area. Our evaluation study was funded by the Leadership Foundation for Higher Education.

The evaluation is now complete and I am pleased invite you to attend a FREE event to disseminate the results of the study. The dissemination event will be held at the London School of Economics, Houghton Street WC2A 2AE on Friday 19^th May. You are invited to attend at 9:30am for a 10:15am start and the event will finish by 1:00pm (followed by a buffet lunch).
