I have the
following problem. I want to use an roi image in my analysis, but I don't
know what space the roi is in. I know my data is in MNI space. I assume the roi
is in MNI space, but would like to check. How would I go about
this?
If there is
no easier answer to that question, let's assume the roi is also in MNI space. I
still have a problem in that the dimensions, voxel size, and origin of the roi
is different than my contrast images.

Do I need
the roi to match my contrast on these parameters to use it as a mask or in a
small volume correction using spm99? If so, how would I go about getting the roi
and contrast images to match on these?
