We agreed to meet, like last year, at one lunch-time but I'm unsure whether to organise a meeting room or to reserve tables in the dining room for a lunch-time discussion. Having considered various options at the venue it looks like either a longer meeting in part of the dining room over lunch, or a shorter meeting after lunch in a meeting room. Given that we probably will have an informal chat rather than a chaired meeting style event my inkling is to go for a long lunch. Any thoughts?
