University of Ulster Teaching and Learning Department Head of Staff Development Ref: J05/268 The postholder will lead the Staff Development team in supporting the institution’s corporate plan by providing appropriate and cost-effective developmental activities in accordance with institutional priorities and needs for all categories of University staff. Applicants must have at least three years experience (in the past five years) of delivering a wide range of programmes supporting staff at all levels within a large organisation employing over 500 staff.
