information service within the overall organisational
context. This conference will help you to communicate
clearly and effectively and build the profile of your
service.

Afternoon: choose two out of these three workshops

> Workshop A: Fitting your service priorities into the
organisational objectives.

This will be followed at 4.30 by a 30 minute talk from
Phil Sykes of the University of Liverpool, who will
speak and initiate discussion on 'Librarianship with a
human face'.
