The workshop is intended to provide an interactive, developmental experience, in which participants will explore the concept of assertiveness in management - both in managing themselves, and managing others. This will enable them to project themselves more powerfully, and to interact with their teams in ways that encourage confidence, personal responsibility and problem-solving.
