One person you could try is the new “Africa Editor” of the Research Fortnight empire.

Not know the name, but that should be enough clues.

Subject: [PSCI-COM] contacts in South Africa

Dear all,

Thanks to this list I found a great press officer for a conference in Prague earlier this year.   Now I am after the same thing for Durban, South Africa; or more particularly a contact in South Africa who could advise, in the first place, whether someone who can speak local languages would be necessary in the press office of a major international fertility conference, and whether we should be thinking about translating media material into such languages.   Any ideas?   Your help is very much appreciated.

Best wishes

Mary
